I had some questions about securing the Pre, I wanted to try and find out which ports were open. I tried to do a port scan on both my local wifi ip address as well as on the EVDO Ip address. neither of them showed any open ports. I know I have at least one open, port 222, because I have ssh set up on it. Has anyone else been able to run a portscan? I tried using "nc -z ipaddress 1-1024" locally on the pre and also from another linux computer on the network. I also tried running the port scanner from Gnome network tools.
Any ideas about this?
